Sponsorship formulasAs a PMI Belgium Chapter sponsor you can choose from five different formulas. Additionally you can opt to sponsor the yearly PMI Benelux Day. This yearly event, organized jointly by the local PMI Belux and PMI Netherlands chapter, reaches out to ore than 1500 project management professionals in the Benelux. Obviously we always available to discuss alternative offers you might have in mind.Formula 1: PMI Belgium Chapter "Chapter Sponsor"As a "Chapter Sponsor" you are offered visibility through various PMI Belgium Chapter communication channels and activities. Your logo and company coordinates are presented at regular meetings, at the yearly PMI Benelux Day, in official PMI Belgium Chapter publications and in all Benelux Day related publications. They are also presented on the PMI Belgium Chapter Web-site with a link to your company’s site. Additionally you have all Logo Sponsor benefits (see Formula 4). The PMI Belgium Chapter "Chapter Sponsorship" premium is valued at € 1.500, - per year.Formula 2: PMI Belgium Chapter "Meeting Sponsor"As meeting sponsor you enter into direct contact with on average 120 project management professionals. Your logo figures on the [activities] page of the Belux website with a direct link to your company website. Your company’s name and logo are used in all communication related to the meeting sponsored. The day of the meeting, you get the floor to introduce your company and activities and to deploy other promotional activities. The PMI Belgium Chapter "Meeting Sponsorship" premium is offered in kind through the hosting of the meeting accommodation and the closing cocktail.Formula 3: PMI Belgium Chapter "Training Sponsor"As a training sponsor your logo figures on the "training page" of the PMI Belux website with a direct link to your company website. You are able to announce your project management related offerings on the PMI Belgium Chapter "training page" on an occasional basis by asking the Director of Sponsorhip to update the text. The PMI Belgium Chapter "Training Sponsorship" is obtained by offering a 20% discount on your training opportunities to all PMI Belgium Chapter Members.Formula 4: PMI Belgium Chapter "Logo Sponsor"As a logo sponsor your logo figures on the "home page" of the PMI Belgium Chapter website with a direct link to your company website. You are able to announce your project management related offerings in the event calendar of the PMI Belgium Chapter Website by means of a self service tool. In the invitations, sent out to our members to announce the PMI Belgium Chapter activities, all addressees are invited again to visit the PMI Belux website and to review new and interesting PM opportunities. As a logo sponsor you have the possibility to post project management related job openings on the PMI Belgium Chapter website. The PMI Belux "Logo Sponsorship" premium is valued at € 500,- per year Formula 5: Message in the PMI Belgium e-NewsletterPMI Belgium emails an e-newsletter to all its members 4 times a year. You can include a short message about an event or a service/product from your company in this newsletter. The length is limited to half of an A4 page. PMI Belgium reserves the right to adapt the formatting if needed. This formula can only be combined with being a chapter, training or logo sponsor. The price is € 300,- per message. |
