In June 2007 PMI Belgium awarded the research collaboration fund to Prof. Dr. Vanhoucke Mario. Those who were present on that event may recall the statement made by Mr. Stephan Vandevoorde, previous Director of Programs, PMI BE: "Now that you have the money, we are looking forward to the deliverables".

Today, we are proud and pleased to inform you that 2,5 years later, after extensive research work, the deliverable is there:  a book entitled "Measuring Time: Improving Project Performance Using Earned Value Management" .
