PMI Portugal implemented a robust and impactful Mentoring program, exclusive for Project Managers and Chapter Members.
This program contributes to develop and consolidate talent with focus on power skills.
It also creates the opportunity to network and learn from different perspectives within Mentees' group learning, Mentors' supervision and a mentoring day walking together in nature.
